Independent investigator and Employee relations specialist.
Samantha is resolute in achieving fairness and equality. Her policing experience has given her exceptional investigation skills and the ability to professionally gather and present impartial information.
She delivers high-quality reports and recommendations that assist employers resolve complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
Having served as a Police Officer for nearly 34 years, retiring at the rank of Inspector, understandably she has gained the skills required for the most complex of investigations.
In addition she served as The Secretary of Norfolk Police Federation whilst also leading in equality. She has represented hundreds of officers in all manner of workplace issues, from workplace grievances to preparing for formal litigation.
Samantha has the expertise, experience, professionalism and credibility to assist a diverse range of organisations.
Her versatility also allows her to assist smaller organisations who may have limited or no HR functionality, from assisting larger organisation in complex matters, whether workplace disputes, change programmes or simply a need for independent oversight.
